Privacy Policy

Puzika collects no personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-up, and the app sends nothing over the internet. No connection is required for it to work.

Who we are

Puzika is developed by Ozan Sonar. For any question, write to [email protected].

Data we do not collect

The app does not collect, store or transmit any of the following: name, email, phone number, address, date of birth, photos, audio recordings, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, contacts, or usage analytics.

The app contains no advertising networks, analytics tools, crash reporting services or social media plugins. No data is shared with third parties, because no data is collected.

Information kept on your device

The app stores only two things in your device's own storage:

  • Settings — your sound, music, haptics and language preferences.
  • Progress — which puzzles have been completed and which stickers were earned.

This information never leaves the device. It is not sent to us, to any server, or to any other app. Deleting the app deletes it.

Permissions

Photos — When you choose to save a picture of a completed puzzle, the app requests permission to add to your photo library. The app does not read, list or view your photos; it only adds a single image at your request. If you decline, the rest of the app continues to work normally.

Speech — Words are read aloud using your device's own text-to-speech feature. This happens on the device; no audio is recorded and the microphone is not used.

Purchases

In-app purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not see or store your card details, billing information or purchase history.

Children's privacy

Puzika is designed for children and takes that responsibility seriously. The app collects no personal data from children; shows no advertising; builds no behavioural profiles; contains no social features, chat or user-generated content sharing; and includes no links that lead out of the app.

This approach is consistent with COPPA in the United States, the GDPR in the European Union and the KVKK in Türkiye. Because no data is collected, there is no data processing that would require parental consent.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated text will be published at this address and the effective date above will be revised. Should the app ever begin collecting data, the change will also be announced inside the app.
